Ms. Flores, a shareholder in the firm, has practiced environmental law since 1987. Her broad range of experience in the field includes solid and hazardous waste management issues, Clean Water Act issues, Clean Air Act issues, Superfund (CERCLA) defense and liability issues, and pollution control regulation. Ms. Flores routinely advises clients on compliance, enforcement and permitting issues, and represents clients in U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and State environmental agency enforcement actions. She also has extensive experience in the environmental issues associated with real estate and other commercial transactions, construction and development.
