Ms. Erikson, an associate, received her law degree from Texas Wesleyan University
School of Law where she was a member of Law Review and an Academic Support Teaching
Assistant. She received her undergraduate degrees from North Texas State University
and her graduate degrees, including a Master’s in Environmental Sciences,
from the University of Texas at Dallas. Ms. Erikson is also both a Certified
Industrial Hygienist and a Certified Safety Professional. She recently published
an article on the right of contribution for environmental response costs under
the federal Superfund law (CERCLA) in the Texas Environmental Law Journal.
Ms. Erikson brings over 15 years of experience in the health, safety, and environmental
field to her practice of law. Her experience includes regulatory compliance,
consulting, and training. She has worked with a wide range of organizations,
including industrial, non-industrial, and governmental entities as well as interacting
with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.
